Running a Yog Team without Yog: 3P UDR / Cosmic Trinity

Cosmic Trinity farming with without Yog-Sothoth

Cosmic Trinity with Yog has been all the rage but not everyone owns Yog. Luckily there’s a free Yog available to all players. Thanks padmuffinkins for bringing it up in comments and giving me the idea to look more closely at it.

I wish I could add LMyr as a farmable heart generator but it won’t work when the full board is lights.

Playing 3P: Do’s Dont’s and Really Dont’s

 3P is extremely frustrating

I think most end game players that have queued into the game’s auto-match function can echo this feeling.

It can be incredibly frustrating to have people that kill you (intentional or otherwise) when certain things could easily be avoided. I had a fun time brawling Nyar for 12 turns solo because my partners refused to stall and I got to the boss without my kill board available. And guess who died first? The ones that rushed straight through with no plan.

In this article I’ll be talking about how you should enter 3P UDR with randoms if you actually want to win.

Farmable Radra V2 – Now with Farmable Inherits

What can we do with a farmable Radra team now that the 55s have hit?

We discussed in the last article about the possibility of fully farmable Radra teams and what they would look like. Here we take it a step further and apply the new farmable inherits like Gainaut, Linthia and Azazel. I recommend you read the previous article before moving onto this one since it covers the bases for the team.

For reference, the optimal team right now is something like:

Radra (Indra) / DKali (Raijin) / DKali (Lightning) / NY Kanna (Facet) / TPA Isis (Orochi) Radra (Fujin)

Some slight variations from my part into what I consider optimal.

Gremory: An Alternative Play Style

 Non-Row Gremory Teams? THEY EXIST?!?!

Since Gremory was released in North America I’ve occasionally used him for different purposes and even bought a Plum for him the same day I rolled him. But something always felt off… Coming from Myr that was extremely easy to play, I found myself unable to consistently row, cross and clear all other combos.

There was a dilemna.

Unlike his brother Ronove, Gremory only comes with 1 TE and row requirement is generally a bit harder than straight combos or TPAs.

That’s when it struck me…

PAD Soapbox: REM Rate Conspiracy Theories!?!?

PAD Conspiracy Theories

Ever felt that some hidden forces in the game were preventing you from progressing? Maybe getting 30 angelits in a row when you need 1 devilit, or rolling 7 Kali Regalia Kaworus before getting 1 Rei Myr?

Here are some conspiracy theories about the REM in PAD!

Please note that none of the “information” within this article is intended to be used as proof, grounds for accusations or refund demands, or as the truth. Take this article as a more satirical or thought inspiring article in terms of what is possible rather than anything serious. In the above paragraph I mentioned a 30 to 1 ratio of Angelits to Devilits. This is something that can be misconstrued from the truth because the number of Devilits required in evos overall outnumbers the amount of Angelits required in evos overall (I used my box as a base with the Padherder Materials counter to see how many Devilits and Angelits I would need to complete evos for all my current cards) so that just goes to show that a Devilit drought might not be anything more than a higher requirement for one and not on the rates.

Farmables Every New Player Should Have

 What Farmables Should YOU Get?

This post is going to be more tailored to the early game players. Running the carry server I see a lot of people that are missing REM utility but have not invested the time to pick up some farmable utility to replace what they need. For all my carry guides I almost always assume farmable subs. Yet, I’ve still have people upset that I wouldn’t help them in a dungeon when they did not have the utility required.

This post is a work-in-progress and will be regularly updated to cover more and more content.

Farmable Radra Teams?!? Breaking the Meta

Can you run a fully farmable Radra team?

It’s long been stated that if you didn’t have the Radra optimal team, then you shouldn’t buy him. In the past, the optimal team was:

Radra / DKali / DKali / Indra / Isis

This later evolved to something similar to:

Radra / DKali (Lightning) / DKali (Ichigo) / Indra / Isis (Orochi)

And back then, early in Radra’s first meta, it made a lot of sense. There were far fewer farmables available and really nothing could replace those cards. However, the mentality that you need the perfect team still exists.

For reference, the optimal team right now is something like:

Radra (Indra) / DKali (Raijin) / DKali (Lightning) / Kanna (Facet) / Isis (Orochi)
