Light Azazel: An Easier White Snek. Floor 7

Seventh Floor of Light Azazel

Whew, another 1 floor dungeon. And it’s 7×6!

Thank you based Gungho for making my job easier.

At least this is a fixed 7×6 board!

Seventh Level with Link

Floor 1

Azathoth

Premptively 100% locked skyfall for 99 turns.

This means that yes, every time you clear an orb it gets replaced by a locked. It’s not random (like Seraphis), it’s 100% of the time.

Mechanics of Azathoth:

Above 70% HP he only hits once every 4 turns. Has no status shield. He always does his normal attack for 37k (not multihit).

Under 70% HP (no matter what his turn counter is at) he will skill bind, status shield and change his turn timer to EVERY TURN. So before you get to this point make sure you’re ready to take the following hits (which are random, not cycled, listed from lowest damage to highest, all effects last 1 turn):

  1. Blind (Hard Blinds all the outer orbs + center orbs. Leaves a 1 width O of unblinded orbs). 33.3k
  2. Normal attack (same as before). 37k
  3. AWAKENING BIND. 40.7k
  4. Jammer skyfall. 44.4k

With 300M HP and a 30M NULL (NOT ABSORB SO YOU CAN’T FUJIN) you won’t be killing in one turn but you can definitely kill in 2 turns given a lead that can hit a consistent 25M across the board. We’ll talk about leads later.

Once you get him below 10% he enrages to 1000% damage (10x) so it’s basically kill or be killed unless you bring a dark null or something else for this.

Some strategies for this:

  1. Bring a tanky and high RCV lead. Do not run leads that rely on matching specific colors or combos (like bringing Cthuga where an awakening bind would basically guarantee that you won’t hit the combo shield). Then just grind him down. Leads like (but not limited to) Dark Athena, Meri (would require a lot of resists with HP badge to be able to tank a hit), Julie x Skuld (specifically for the RCV addition).
  2. Bring a resolve / resist team and have to stall 999 turns for the null to wear off. The very basic setup for this is Tengu / Zera / Zera / Trailmix Skillup / Trailmix Skillup / Amaterasu. You just have to make sure to always heal above 50% HP to activate the resolve portion of Tengu. Alternatively using resolve cheesing like double Revo Hades leads or 4 of the dark resist dragons. Nothing needs to be skilled up since you have to stall 999 turns anyway.
  3. 2-3 turn kill. Not expected to tank / heal up multiple turns. You’re here to blast and laugh. Leads that can work for this:

Yog bring Orphs / Ilms, when you bicolor don’t overcombo. Test your team in 7×6 endless first.

Anubis since 10c is super easy in this dungeon. 3-4 of a single color is about your max or 2 combos of a color if that color has 7c.

Acala with triple cross without too many combos is solid. You could probably even use a single Verd board, triple cross and save the rest for the second turn.

There are lots of other glassy leads you could be using for this too! Good luck.

  1. I wish I could use Revo Hades for this floor, but I wasn’t able to find any friend using it :/

ended up using TamazOdin x Amaterasu
cheesed until 10% life, and burst for the 30M HP remaining
if you can, it can help to bring a [3 turn dark void] just in case
